Your first physiotherapy appointment is approximately 60 minutes, with subsequent appointments being 20 or 30 minutes.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No referral is required to see our team. However, although physiotherapists are primary care providers, some extended health insurance plans require a doctor’s referral in order to reimburse you for your physiotherapy sessions. Check with your extended health provider.
